but - when i exercise regularly, it seems i'm sick less of the time. so, this being my first year as a full-time teacher, i've made a mostly-consistent effort to take belle on long walks and do exercise videos "regularly." i don't know how much of a difference it's made, since i've had some kind of affliction, oh, 80% of this school year.
